REFUND, RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Customer Satisfaction is my highest priority! I know that you will be thrilled with your order. If for any reason you are not, I am happy to assist you.
Within a 7 day review period, if you are not satisfied with the product, I will gladly refund your purchase, provided the jewel is new and unworn and in his original gift box.
To return your product, please e-mail me at email@example.com with RETURN in the subject line. Please include your name, date of purchase and the reason for your return. Include a copy of your e-mail with the return; without this information, your refund cannot be processed. Returns will be processed within 3 days of receipt. It is recommended that you ship your package back with delivery confirmation and make an assurance, as I am not responsible for lost packages.
I cannot accept dammaged, manipulated and worn jewels. All dammaged, manipulated and worn jewels will be returned to customer at their expenses.
A restock fee of 15% + shipping costs is deducted from your refund for returned items.
Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return. I am an On-line store.
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. Money return via PayPal within 3 business days; you will receive an e-mail concerning the money refund.
SPECIAL ORDERS (items which are NOT in stock and have to be ordered for customers) cannot be returned and are NOT refunded!
